What's so different about Transformational
Breathwork
Transformational breathing, also known as breathwork or conscious connected breathing, is a powerful and therapeutic breathing technique that aims to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It involves consciously and continuously inhaling and exhaling in a specific pattern to enhance the flow of breath throughout the body.

Contraindications
Breathing sessions may not be suitable for you if you have:

Heart problems, high blood pressure, aneurysms, epilepsy, seizures before, or if you take strong medication

Serious mental symptoms (like psychosis or paranoia), bipolar disorder, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, or you're pregnant

A mental illness and you're not getting treatment or enough support

Asthma (you should bring your inhaler and talk to your doctor and the breathing session instructor before joining)

If you're going through an emotional or spiritual crisis, you might want to avoid these sessions. This list doesn't include all the possible conditions, so if you're not sure, it's best to talk to your doctor before joining. You'll need to sign a liability waiver before the session.
